What color socks should DH wear...?

He usually wears some shade of khaki slacks and either a polo shirt or buttondown (no tie) to the office. His shoes are usually suede bucks or cordovan loafers (penny, lace-up, etc.). His belt varies from black to brown to cordovan, depending upon the shoes.

What color socks should he wear? Should they match the pants or the shoes?

Try to match the socks to the pants as close as you can.

I think they should match the shoes in my opinion.
