see someone you really care about being buried... the sand covering him forever and kowing the fact that you will not be able to see him nor speak to him ever again.

I apologize if this sounds crass or harsh but for me it would be - to bury MY child.
I lived through losing my sister 30 years ago and I still feel the pain of her loss ( she was only 3 ). She would be 33 years old this year - her birthday is 1 day before mine.
