You are slightly underweight, yes, but not so much that it should be a health concern. If you want to gain weight, try to exercise regularly and eat an extra meal or two during the day. If you don't put on any weight with increased intake, see a doctor. You could just have a very fast metabolism, and that's nothing to be ashamed of.

If you feel good physically, then you are at the right weight for you. Maybe your metabolism is faster than the normal range. See your doctor and ask for a thyroid test. If it is too fast, the doctor will give you medication to slow it down, and you will gain a little weight.

Don't worry. As the years go by, you will gain weight. Take my word for it. I was about the same height and weight as you, and I now look like I'm shoplifting a Buick. My friends always said that if I stood sideways to them, they couldn't see me at all. Not true anymore.

I hope you find friends who will accept you the way you are.

I don't think your underweight your just tall which makes you appear to be thinner than what you really are. Just remember that no matter what your still beautiful, your body appearance has nothing to do with your personality. But to boost your self confidence try finding a hobby, something you can do that won't make you focus on your body.

The question should be is how's your health? If you are feeling fine and not lethargic, then don't worry about what others' say. You are a little underweight by military standards, but that is not important. As long as your health is fine then don't buy into what others' think.

Eat five cheese sandwiches a day for 2 weeks. That'll pack on the pounds.

You are a little on the slim side although you might go to the doctor to get you thyroid checked. If you are healthy, tell you friends and just remember that they are a little jealous

Girl, Love who you are where you are! If you want to feel good about yourself...begin to do things for yourself that you like! For me...I like to get my nails done and my eye brows arched. For you it may be somethinf different. Confidence comes from the inside out...otherwise it is not real. Begin to love yourself from the inside. Love your true beauty...then... you won't even care what other people think!

(1) See a doctor.
(2) If everything is OK, eat two doughnuts before bedtime every night.
