What if it is one with just one toilet and you can lock the door? Don't you think of women can use men's it can be vice versa?

depends on the municipality......... merridian and biloxi both have such laws........... call or go to your local city hall or county clerks office...... they can help you there.

I live in Mississippi and I have never heard of that. If you walk into one that has multiple toilets and women are in there, they may tell the manager and the manager may ask you to leave or they may call the police. Don't know. Not many men do that I guess. If you go into a one room toilet then how will anyone know you are in there and who will care? I don't want to use a men's restroom because they are usually disgusting. Why do you want to know? Do you do that? Are you a sicko?

It should be ok in an emergency. Just be sure to lock the door so some little girl doesn't walk in and get scarred for life.

i wouldnt want a man comin into the toilet when i am there. so if its not against the law it should be.
