saracile scammed me for 2900.00 I need to begin an investigation and need your help

If you can prove you were defrauded, you can contact the authorities (FTC, FCC, or at least the local police). They can contact, Yahoo, the email provider's ISP, etc. to get the necessary information on the person.

I guess my Q to you would be .. how did you get scammed?

- or - why would you send/give/assign money to another person unless you were looking in their eyes?

such is the nature of the "net" I guess.

try yahoo help and report it. They have the information on the user name, you too can do a search on yahoo by looking up the user name : saracile (hope this works)

are you aware of 419 scam? the Nigerian scam? Maybe this is what happened to you.
