What's the best photoshop to download that has TONS of things? I want one really bad. But, please do not list HP Image Zone and Adobe. Because I already have those, and it's nothing that good.

Uh, PhotoShop IS an Adobe product, so we're going to have to say Adobe, darlin'!
I personally use Adobe PhotoShop v. 8.0 with a few plug-ins. It's awesome. If you're a student, I believe you can get a reduced price, otherwise it's pretty expensive. I'm lucky enough that my employer gives me anything I want in the way of software.

Gimp (GNU Image Manipulation Program) would really well. It is vert similar to Photoshop (which is by ADOBE) Gimp is an opensource program, which means it is free.

Have you tried Corel? Since you already have Adobe.
