If goofys a dog and he can drive, and wear clothes, and pluto is a dog how come pluto cant do everything Goofy can???

There is a complex social caste system among dogs which allows some dogs to obtain an education while others must remain as slaves. Goofy is parte of this upper caste, which, due to inbreeding much like that of classic systems of social hierarchy and royalty, is ironically also the cause of his below average intelligence.

If I'm a man and can go to work and drive a car, and my son can't, it's only because he isn't old enough yet. Maybe Goofy is older than Pluto.

because goofy is a mutant, dam son it is just a cartoon, it doesn't have to make sense, cartoons made to let ur imaginations go free, scooby is a great dane and they have striaght ears, but he has floppy ears that are down, see it doesn't have to make sense, and homer from the simpsons, he would have been dead after all those accidents, falling of that cliff should have killed him but it didn't

I don't know. That's just the way they made it, I guess. And plus, Goofy is named 'Goofy' so they might've thought about it that way.
