You can use a clean Cotton t-shirt and wipe from the center out words. It will not cure the scratches but might make the disk workable. Failing that the disk will have to be resurfaced. That can be expensive.
DO NOT USE CLEANSERS. It will destroy the foil and make the disk completely unusable / unsalvageable

There is a device called a "Skip Doctor" that sands down a dvd, ps, cd, etc. If the scratches are really deep, it wont work. I've used mine 6 times, two were not repairable. It cost $30 and has paid for itself. The local E.B. games at the mall will run a disc through their skip doctor for $3 a disc. They may also do that in your area.

Sounds nasty. I know they have a gadget out that suppose to help "polish" them down, but they haven't worked on our games. They do have a skin that covers the disk to prevent scratches. But, if your game is already deeply scratched you might have to buy a new copy. Sorry.

Try Pledge or similar furniture polish. It works great for smudges and small scratches, but if the scratches are too deep it may not help.

Take them to a local Game Crazy, they'll do for you, they'll do a pretty good job too!
