that happens to me too...if it's just a small amount i throw it away..if you want to change it back into a powder smash it on the counter with a cup....if it's really a lot....put it in a blender or food processor...don't you just love dishwashers!

Place on concrete, hit with hammer, release frustration! Wheeee!!!

But - why bother. Unless it is such a huge piece that it doesn't fit into your cups in the dishwasher, just put it in and use it! The dishwashing detergent I use is a solid block anyway, compressed to be just like the lump you have -- I paid to get it like that -- LOL!!

yep, i know how

put it ina bowl & add some stinky vinegar

add the vinegar slowly because it may cause it to foam

it'll make your dishes shine too
