I think you mean you have a pimple from a too-tight head gear, am I correct young man?
I'm old but I can still play.
Clean it with some rubbing alcohol first. Then hold a hot (as hot as you can stand it, but not boiling water-hot--from the tap-hot) washcloth on it to draw the infection up. If you can, "pop" it. If it doesnt have anything to pop, then put a ice cube on it for as long as you can stand. THen wipe it with some rubbing alcohol and let air get to it.

I'm sorry it took me a minute to stop laughing. If you tie a rag to your head (for whatever unknown reason) and you can't feel it is too tight until a bump forms....well sir there is little anyone can do for you.

is where the term numbskull comes from?

oh and try ice

Definatly some type of frozen something...either ice or use a frozen bag of peas. It's the only thing that reduces swelling. Try to relax and let the muscles surrounding the area relax too. Hope it goes away soon!

Try applying cold washcloths for an hour. If this doesn't work then you should actually do the opposite and try hot compresses for an hour. After swelling has occurred, a hot compress usually does the trick.

Apply rubbing alcohol or toothpaste of Milk of Magnesia to it. It will dry the bump out and it will heal faster.

Rub it rub it rub it. Get the blood circulating and the fat cells will come back to the surface smoothing out your skin.
