go here for support http://www.cyberlink.com/english/cs/support/new_site/support_index.html or go thru your manuals if the computer is new and you bought off a store and not a person then is legally suppose to come with the cd to reinstall it what computer do you have ? dell?hp?mac? just google the type of computer you have on the internet and find the website and find the number :)

usually the paper envelope in which the CD came in has a little sticker with the key

viist the official website of the producer, see contacts, call hotline or helpdesk or mail to customer service. some companies do not publish their contacts, but have online forms for logging your query.
