Big, well, like everyone just said. Eat junk, grow older sitting on it, never move. Dont breath deep. Dont drink any water. Eat fried foods, high starches, red meat...just crappy food and keep sitting. It WILL get big - sooner or later. It is a mathematical certainty....with out the math.lol

Try to hold a pencil in your butt and write an "8" on the wall. It woks the butt pretty hard because you hold the pencil with you butt muscles. The smaller the pencil-the bigger the effect.

When I lose weight my butt tends to shrink, to get a ample butt lots of squats REALLY help, and whats better donky kicks (getting on ur hands and knees and thrusting ur heel up to contract ur butt muscles,) remember eat healthy, dont starve the body, Protein! and carbs give u a shapely look as well!
