Why can't I get over this???

Why am I depressed about this?
They left my Senior Ambitions out of my yearbook- where you write a small paragraph detailing what clubs you were in and what you plan to do. They did put my picture in but left off my ambitions and most students got both. I worked hard on my ambitions so why cant I get over the fact they left them out? How do I get over this please- I need answers- and does this happen to other high school seniors- do others not get their ambitions in by mistake, even if they wrote them?

That's disappointing. You worked hard on them and you expected them to be included. Did you keep a copy? Or do you remember what you wrote? Put a copy in your yearbook or write it inside one of the covers so you can look back on it years from now. Try to remember that just because they didn't get printed, they are still your ambitions...it's up to you to get busy and start making your dreams come true! Don't let a typographical error diminish your senior accomplishments and dreams for the future!

I don't know if it will put your mind at ease, but I promise that this will not be a big deal to you 10 yrs from now... my senior year in college, the university changed from distributing yearbooks in May to distributing them the following Sept. so graduation could be included. My now husband & I both paid for a book and neither of us ever got them. There were no extra copies left and no one could explain what happened to them. It still bugs me that we don't have a single copy of our senior year (of all the years to get shafted!) but in the grand scheme of my life, there are a lot bigger issues on my mind.

if it really bothers you send it out by e-mail to your friends ask them to put it in their yearbook
