ok there is this ***** @ my mos job named teresa zubieta and she is talking behind mom's back about her and when i go 2 work with my mom she tells her boss who doesn't care. WHAT SHOULD I DO?????? i hate tthat woman

You should learn now that there is one of those in every workplace. The person is either insecure or jealous. These situations resolve themselves.
