Teen Girls Feet

Everyone's feet have bacteria on them, and the products of those bacteria usually smell, at least a little. Bacteria like to be warm and wet, so if you keep your feet in confining shoes and sweat a lot, your feet will probably smell. I use the deodorant spray called Dr. Scholl's Odor Destroyers for this problem. It works great, but don't breathe it in when you spray it!

It is also possible that foot odor could be caused by something else, like perhaps athlete's foot or another foot problem. Deodorant sprays like the one I mentioned above will not kill the fungus that causes athlete's foot. However, there are a number of sprays, powders, creams, and pills that do work on athlete's foot. You can get those at the pharmacy or by prescription.

In any case, be sure to wash your feet regularly (at least as often as you shower, which you should probably be doing daily if you're a teen) and wear socks, which will absorb the extra sweat that those stinky bacteria like so much.

There are lots of people that have smelly feet. It's not due to not washing them (not all the time anyway). Some people's feet just smell. I've known little kids who have smelly feet. If they sweat alot, and it's hot outside, and your walking around, and you wear the same shoes over and over, you're feet are gonna smell. Try a foot spray like Tinactin (I think that's what it's called) or try to put some cornstarch babypowder on your feet in the morning.

Yes. It's caused by the sweat glands and a the "staining" in shoes. Wear socks as insulation between the feet and shoes. If smelling persists, get new shoes. If it continues, go to a foot doctor. You may have some sort of fungal infection.

I don't smell other people's feet, so how should I know? Why, maybe yours do, if you're asking that question.
