Lifestyle does come into play. You really should consider joint custody cause neither of you is not going to be the parent. Fighting is a cruel thing to do to children. We are adults and should seperate emotions and blame from making decisions in regards to a child. Hating each other is something that never ends good. Besides it destroys you. The child will be very confused if you can't sit down and come up with an arrangement that suits you both for the sake of the child.

I don't think so unless there is history of trouble(fights,drugs,arrests)in the home or unless she is sleeping with all three in front of the child(and you can prove it). If they are all friends(roommates) it's no help. Sorry, good luck! Good to see someone else from Ga. on here.

Just be honest and decent and remember she is the mother of your child, so be honest about what the living arrangements could be although I'd certainly be pissed if my ex had my kid and was living with 3 women. I'm not even very thrilled with the one skank that's there!

thats a sad situation, is she sexually involved with these guys... i think it would be considered a high risk home environment and inappropriate for the child...i think the court would be on your side! its great to see a father very concerned

are they renting from her? either way, i don't think thats appropriate as it could confuse a young child. it looks god for you!

If she's a whore and she's sleeping with all these guys and you can prove it, you definitely have a case.
