Well, it seems to me that you are going to need to speak to the admin if you want to install this application. Yeah, that seems pretty basic.

It probably means that you are using someone else's computer, and you shouldn't be installing any software in it without the owner's permission.
That's why it needs the administrator's password.
Either that, or you bought a used computer, and who ever sold it to you didn't clear out the lock. If you cant find the person who has the password, practically the only hope is to reformat the entire hard drive, (which erases EVERYTHING) and reinstall the operating system and all the software.

Reboot your computer. When it prompts you to press F8 or F2 press that key. Then it should bring you to a menu, select Safe Mode. A user account named Administrator should pop up, click it. Now you can go into the Control Panel, User Accounts, and create/delete/modify passwords or create/delete/modify user accounts.

If not like your in a school or somthign than theres nothing you can do....well you can try to fool him with a keylogger but shoulnt have told you that
