As the mike requires no drivers, etc, it should just automatically work.

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder.
Start the Sound recorder program, and start recording
Speak into the mic and if it is working, you will see it on the screen

If it is not working, make sure you have it plugged into the right connector on your sound card (there are usually three, but only one is microphone)
Go into the Volume Control and make sure the volume is up on the microphone (it has a separate volume from the speakers)
