If you've ever visited multiply.com, it's like creating your webpage but you can post your music playlist or any other type of files like videos and stuffs. and you are able to download them for free and not like file sharing that you need to install a certain software...it's cool just that if anyone knows anymore websites such as this, please message me back...thanx y'all!!!

well, I know a site where you can upload your playlists, but you can't download them. other people can view them, comment on them, and they have blogs and messageboards there too:
