Everytime I go clothes shopping everything I buy spigetti straps, bras always fit my shoulders loosely and never r fitting and even when the outfit isn't ment to b low cut it is low. r my boobs to high or my shoulders to low?

Get bras with adjustable straps for a perfect fit. Or you can go to a department store and get measured for the right bra just to see if it is that.

I must agree with amandax086, it's sounds like you have a small chest. Tighten your straps on both your bras and your spagetti straps. I would go with a high neckline. They look best on small chested girls (coming from one). Hope you are able to solve your dilemma.

you aren't out of proportion in the least. try tacking the spaghetti straps back to better fit your figure. As for the other shirts...ask a seamstress what she can do about fixing them for you.
