If you really do love her it could work out. I've attempted a long distance relationship and we were able to make it last 6 months, I was actually still able to keep going(and that was without love). just keep talking, if you don't have one, get a webcam and have her get one too. Atleast that way you can see eachother. Maybe even you could drive her crazy enough to save up for a plane ticket
Good luck!

I do believe some long distance relationships work but mostly when they are long distance for a short period of time and when the people can visit each other fairly frequently. If neither of you can ever or very rarely see each other and there are no plans to move to live close to one another then I don't think it will work. The relationship has no where to go. I'm sorry but I hope for the best for you!

For me, lomg distance doesn't work at all. But if you really love each other like you said, you could make it work. You need to trust each other A LOT. Actually my girl is going away for college to a city that is like 4 hrs. away from where we live, it's not that far, she can come visit on the weekends, but I still don't think it's gonna work out. And not from my part, but I think she'll meet someone else. I don't know...that's just me.

I am not sure what your question is. My thoughts on this are that the positive side is you will never catch this person cheating on you.
Love? I don't know how you define love but knowing someone only through e-mail and phone is certainly not the same as in person. I am not saying it cannot be enjoyable to carry on miles apart, but realistically, i would not call this a dating relationship.

if you both love each other and are true to each other, time and distance mean nothing. You can both make it work

don't worry, if you two in-love with each other... it doesn't matter how far were you. all you need to do email and call each other and visit each other when you get chance. or even think to move close to each other, might even live together!! Don't worry, true love will lass forever!!

hmm...well, just going by my own experience, long-distance didn't work for me. I tried, but she is a big closet case (and a liar) and finally I got fed up with it and broke it off. plus, travelling back and forth to see someone who won't commit to you gets expensive.
