Try using a colorsafe bleach, rather than the regular kind. Before you dunk the whole shirt in, test it on a small part of the logo to make sure that the logo is colorfast - it should be, but better safe than sorry!

Soak your shirt in a solution of 2/3 cup white vinegar to two cups cool water and soak for about an hour. Rinse and then launder as usual.
or... baking soda removes stains (such as yellow underarm stains - yuck!) without removing dyes, so you could try soaking your shirts in baking soda and water, then launder with the baking soda.
Otherwise, colorsafe bleach is great for removing stains that aren't yet "set" without removing dyes. You could try any colorsafe bleach to see if it will brighten your whites. If it doesn't, it at least won't harm your logo.

wash in very hot water and a good laundry soap. Rinse in hot water and a little vinegar 2x as well. Do not use bleach or softener. Then follow instructions on a pkg of DYE REMOVER. In the future stop drying your whites in a hot dryer and use only recommended amounts of bleach soaps etc. The HOT DRYER is a killer. You can also try old fashioned BLUING.

1) Color-safe bleach, such as Clorox II.
2) Oxy-clean
Both will brighten the white, as well as the other colors, without any bleeding.

ammonia won't fade your colors & it'll brighten
may be too late though, to do anything for them
Iron Out is a good brand for whitening, also

Try borax, I used to use it on cloth diapers, or use a non chlorine bleach. Hope it helps.
