Why are people so interested in a bunch of self promoting wanabe's or has-beens

IT'S NOT REALLY A FASCINATION AS SUCH, IT'S A SLOW, INSIDIOUS PLOT WE'RE BEING DRAWN INTO TO TAKE CONTROL OF OUR MINDS, AND IT'S WORKING, 'CAUSE WE REALLY DON'T HAVE TO USE OUR BRAINS VERY MUCH TO WATCH THESE IDIOTS, IT'S LIKE COMFORT FOOD.

I admit that I used to watch some reality shows when they were "the hot new thing" but that was years ago and I haven't watched any for a long time. I think these television networks need to find some good TV shows that AREN'T reality shows for a change. I mean, how many seasons of Survivor can a person watch before they're sick to death of it. The people on these shows aren't THAT interesting!

Hi i wounder the samething, but everytime i ask someone this question they say they like to see them argue and slag each other off, i think its just pathetic and childish behaviour. All that shouting and stress aint good for noone, it could make you ill and depressed watching it, people argueing and crying all the time, They should be banned. Except the celeb one coz they put some fit guys in that i like so im ok with the celeb ones.

it beats the King! All Reality shows are really scripted!!! A while back when the Osbornes had their TV Show going, they admited to scripted shows in an interview!!! All those MTV reality type programs are much of great nuisance to the King!!

Loads of my friends watch all these crappy reality shows, how sad are they.
I can't stand them.

yeah, what's the story with that, I can understand the participants, after the money and fame, but watching that crap ...
