Do you think humans are inferior or superior to other life on this planet? Or equal? Or none of the above? Or?

I think humans are equal to other life (since everything has its own purpose in the ecosystem).

I think we're still in the process of developing to our highest potential and we're in something like the 'rebellious teen' years at this point. We're doing lots of harm, but IF we can make it through without killing each other off (along with some other species), humanity will be truly amazing -- a bright light instead of a dark cloud of doom.

I see the potential of humanity, and want to believe we're capable of reaching it.

it's something like...Why should i be good, when i can be exceptional??? we can really be exceptional...there is a light in everyone of us..just had to see it and be aware of her...
superior or inferior??? u really think that u have been created different from me?? we can make our selfs our decision and if u consider not appropriate with yours, i became inferior to u. does that seems right to u??? so...it's only a game invented by humans this problem with superiority...so we can survive ;)

Humans have made great technological advances and are present on every continent of the world and are the only native species to achieve space travel. Yet, when it comes to personal affairs, we often fail to take the knowledge available to us and use it to avoid new mistakes. There are humans that volunteerly endure abuse that animals would not.

Dogs still have far superior senses of smell that gives them information we still have no access to: i.e. smelling termites in the walls, being able to smell sex on a cheating spouse, being able to smell drugs on a person.

Animals note subtle changes in the environment and in body language we miss.

Animals share similiar emotions. They can be loving, nonjudgemental, heroic, greedy, selfish, lazy, stupid, cruel, phobic, murderous, uncaring, thieving, perverted, etc. just like humans. A deer mouse will adopt an abandoned baby mouse that is not her own and raise it. The dominate female wolf in a pack will harrass and attack a low-ranking female in heat so she can't breed. Animals just lack the ability to take it as far as we do, but some of them would if they could. We're not superior to them on this level.

So none of the above.

Koran says humans are special, given dominion over beasts etc. But it also says that that certain Jinn and immortals disagreed w/ man's ascendence. Also, angels were very concerned that we'd just bring more violence and destruction.

We are, in a sense, the proverbial "double-edged sword"... alternating between glorious creative acts and horrible destruction.

Koran also says, though, that God has destroyed many wicked generations, before us... and will raise up a "new breed" in the future.

I've seen that. In the continuum, humans can fly like superman (or just float like a bubble!) and have all sorts of strange powers. Much destruction, though, where those powers have been abused.

We're being tested, but relax ... you're NOT responsible for others misdeeds. ... only for your own acts and commissions.
