Ever since the war started, i have heard many english speaking Israelis speaking on tv, citizens and politicians. I am amazed at their english which sounds very similiar to US Americans speech.

Why don't they have the hard accent that english speakers from other parts of the middle east have?

A couple of reasons. One is that Many Israelis are originally from English speaking countries(not just the USA). Also their education system is probably the best in the world. This a very good question-kudos to you!

Israel is populated by Jewish people from all over the world, including the United States. So for many of the people, English is their primary language.
