How do I save pics to comp from a DVD?

How can I freeze frame a movie or home made dvd and save the screen shot to my computer or printer? I don't have a dvd player in my server.

You need a DVD player software and a DVD drive unit. Usually a DVD player software comes on CD/DVD with your computer or DVD drive unit. Allmost all DVD player software have the screen-shot feature.
