The strongest punishment possible.

I am behind the troops one hundred percent, even though I don't support, politically, their being over in Iraq. I am disgusted, however, by people who would use their power in such a way. They should get the strongest penalty possible.

First of all, has this been proven? Have they been tried and found guilty in a military court? If so, then they deserve whatever punishment has been assigned to that violation of the law. If, however, this is only something that is still being tried in the court of publicity, then it needs to be left alone until it is settled legally. On top of this, if they are found to be guilty, the media andthe citizens of this country need to remember that this is representative only of the actions of these indidviduals and NOT of the United Stated Armed Forces as a whole. There are criminals everywhere, so statistically there will be some in the military. But at the same time, there are a lot more decent human beings in the world, and the same can be said about the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard.

Eye for an Eye Tooth for a tooth Life for a life.

I have problems with the Soldier murder rape story. The guy is obviously a psychopath with a anti social psychosis. But why is it when perverts murder and rape in America the media doesn't say. Postal worker murderer or Plumber murderer from the 10th street plumbing supply.

What difference does it make if he is a Army pervert or a landscaping pervert. Just give him his day in court and if found guilty then kill him.

Go big Red Go

I Support our troops but If those soldiers are found guilty of those crimes they should be turned over to the Iraqi authorities and be allowed to be prosecuted under Iraqi Law even if that means a death sentence. I Love and respect our troops but WE cannot overlook Criminal activities under Any circumstances.

yeah, they should be judged in Iraq. this would give those people a feeling of revenge and pride. i wonder why all the American soldiers are judged in America? This isn't fair. for example, a year ago, one drunk American soldier killed one of the greatest Romanian rock singers in a car accident. and he was taken to the USA and absolved! the singer's family still suffers but they hadn't had a chance!

Well since you already reviewed the evidence and found them guilty I guess we get a rope and have a mob hang them.

I would say they need a fair trial and they need to be considered innocent till proven guilty using evidence that is admittable in court

IF this happened (they have yet to be tried and convicted of such dispicable actions) then they need to be punished to the fullest extent. Dishonorable discharge, prison time, the works. I wouldn't go as far to say the death penalty until we know all of the facts. It's disgusting IF this did happen...I sincerely hope it did not.

Above all, they need to be put on trial first!

If they are found guilty, then the fullest penalty of the law should be exacted.

But, remember, an accusation doesn't automatically presuppose guilt. That's what trials are for...

They should be charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, receive a fair trial, and, if convicted, be sentenced accordingly.

Duh.

Don't forget the part about "innocent until proven guilty" - we're not in France, you know!
