I'll be there Aug 24 and 25 and am most interested in comedy.

I heard there's 17.000 shows this year. My advice is to visit http://www.edfringe.com/ and choose for yourself accordingly.

If it's your first time there you are going to love it. Try not to miss street shows, they're all over the place and some are quite good and entertaining.

Definitely your are going to have some fun !!

Its hard to get over just how much is on during the festival.

To call something the best show is utterly impossible.
There are always a dozen or so shows that get great reviews but the festival is all about hitting the random late night stuff.

If something does get great reviews it tends to start selling out quickly, Edinburgh is a small place and word of mouth travels pretty fast.

i dont really know but if you get the chance you should see russel brand he's well funny he's the only reason i watch big brothers big mouth
