I want to change my password on my pc.

I'm not sure if you are talking about your e-mail in Y! . . .
Anyway just in case you're reffering your e-mail in Y! here you go!
1. After logging in to your Y! Account.
2. Click Mail
3. Look at the upper right corner of your monitor.
4. Click Options
5. Then look on the right side, you will see options to change password!

If you want to change your passwords in Yahoo mail service change it from options.

to change your password on your pc click on start, control panal, user accounts, then on change an account, click on your user, and change password or create password.

Start ---> Control Panel then passwords you can change it there!
