As a 15 year old, you are still classed as a minor, so you are subject to the children working regulations:

2 hours per week Mon-Fri & 8 hours Sat and Sunday, and only between 7am and11pm.

Go see if shops (Supermarkets) need some general assistance (Sweeping floors, packing bags etc), as some may be willing to let you do odd jobs. Failing that, any local stores that need someone to run errands. I once did a job in a bookshop where I did simple tasks like tidying the books, dusting some shelves and mopping the steps. Few hours each saturday for about 8 weeks gave me a leg up to get started.

you might want to do some online surveys it's not going 2 pay the bills but it will give you extra spending money
