YES. Wear brown eyeliner if you feel that you need to wear any eyeliner. Black is just too harsh. Instead of blue eyeshadow stick to either shimmery pastels or light browns... NATURAL. As long as you don't cake on the foundation, that's ok. You're only 13, you don't need to look like your 20 (or just older).

All in perspective no, but it totally depends on how much you plan on applying. A thin black line and a pale blue eyeshadow sounds reasonable. But I would wait to do the foundation unless you have problem skin and need the coverage (I did at 13). But don't go overboard. Try to keep it simple and remember that the point of makeup is to look like your not wearing any, strange yes, but that's how it goes.

That will make you look too old!
Go for a more natural look.
1. Tinted moisterizer (if at all)
2. Eye shadows in neutrals (browns, mauves, creme, etc)
3. A little tinted lip moisterizer.
4. Instead of eyeliner do a clear or brown eye mascara (after) you curl your lashes.
Go to a MAC cosmetic store and ask them to make you up naturally for a 13 yr old.
A little goes a long way! If you take care of your skin and remember to put on SPF 15 daily -- your skin will age gracefully. Remember to never go to sleep with cosmetics on.

I think it's a bit much. You shouldn't use eyeliner. Just stick to light shades of eye shadow. I'm 25 and I still don't wear foundation. I find it looks too fake and heavy. I use a tinted moisturizer. It works really well and it has SPF 15 in it to help protect your skin.

My mom always used to tell me, "once you start wearing makeup you will think you look bad without it". And you know what? She was right. At 13 you probably can get away with a little bit of concealer (just to cover the occasional blemish) and powder, you probably don't need foundation yet. If you can wear as little makeup as possible. It's fun to experiment at first but after a while you'll get tired of having to put on makeup every day.

I think that you should never use foundation at that age. Plus, tinted moisturizer is much nicer and makes your face look luminous as opposed to a cake.
Blue eye shadow is not a really nice color, a light purple is much nicer.
Go easy on the black eye liner, a little bit will add definition to your eyes but too much will make you look gothic and scary.

For a 13 year old, you do not need make-up yet. Your beautiful the way you are. If your changing your looks only because of a boy, don't even. You have to make them love you for who you really are and seeing the real you. Looking natural is better than looking overdo or too much make-up. I would advised you to wait on the make-up until are in your second year in high school.

i would say that you should stay away from the foundation unless you are breaking out alot. If you are then i would use a concealer and pure makeup foundation from maybelline. Its light and is made with 50% water so it doesnt clog pores. the eyesshadow is fine but i would stay away from the eyeliner at your age...you could poke your eye out with that stuff.
