Depends on who spends their Karma points best. I once read an article that Aunt May (from Spiderman) could spend her 100 Karma points to levy a critical hit against Galacticus and defeat him.

Superman. Superman. Dooku. Hulk. The last one was easy, because the angrier the hulk gets the stronger, bigger and quicker he heals. Wolverine just heals quickly and once he gets killed the healing is over!
