Turn-ons:
Intelligent, good personality, good looks, moral, friendly, innocent, and having a healthy-balanced life.
Turn-offs:
Unnaturalness (like tattoos or piercings), bad temper, illogical thinking (like jumping to conclusions or thinking what I say means something else), violence, and rudeness.
Yeah, personality is definitely the most important characteristic. Looks grab the attention, but personality determines if the person's going to stay with you.

Now CONFIDENCE... that can go either way. If she's always confident in herself (even when she shouldn't be, or is supporting the wrong thing), then that's a turn-off. If she believes in herself and in others, then it's a turn-on.

Biggest turn off: I pretty, I know it, I can get my way because of my looks, so I don't care about anyone else.
