Funny you should mention yoga as that's one of the things I like to do in my spare time. Here are some others - mind you, I'm only 29 so some ideas will seem "old lady like" but I assure you, I just enjoy a vast amount of hobbies and activities!

1.) Pottery class
2.) Knitting
3.) Cross-stich
4.) Snowboarding
5.) Riding a motorcycle
6.) Surfing
7.) Hiking
8.) Cooking/Baking
9.) Strip Tease Class (no kidding, it was a workout/excercise class offered at my gym - I've never had so much fun. Not to mention what it can do in the love life!)

I think that's enough for now...

I have a lot of craft hobbies mostly.

1 I love sewing.

2 I also make my own purses, some are sewn some are not (currently working on one made out of bottle caps).

3 I'm re-learning to crochet and then I'm going to re-learn knitting (learned when I was a kid but didn't commit it completely to memory)

4 I also like to paint

5 I collect pigs. Plastic, ceramic, porcelin, stuffed, you name it. I even have a bench (probably the same size as a park bench) where one leg is the pigs head and legs (like is laying down) and the other is his back side and back legs. One day I plan on owning a live pig I just have to move out of city limits before they'll let me do that.

6 I also collect guitar picks with bands names on it, I started it as a kid and continue to do so.

If you want something active, I tried bellydancing and LOVED it. Totally better than what I'd expected. Now I do it daily, take classes, I have a collection of videos and music. It also opened up sewing to me, as the need for a cool costume rose. For quiet time, I cross stitch. I'm only 22, and it's not 'old lady-ish'. It's relaxing and when you finish something it's fun to say "I made that".

I love collage. Taking pretty things and mixing them together with found objects. There is almost nothing you can't use in collage.

I also enjoy making jewelry and working with clay. I use polymer clay, no expensive kiln needed.
