Yes, 2 that I know of. There is 1 in Santa Maria, California & 1 in San Luis Obispo, California.

Yes there is one in Tulsa Oklahoma and there is also a drive in theater in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. I have been to both

Yes they do. They are all over the place, you just have to know where to look. I know for a fact that there are some in San Antonio, TX; New Mexico and Oklahoma. I'm sure there are many others.

Yes they do and there is one here in Michigan called the Getty 4 drive in off of getty st. in Muskegon

Yea, we have one here near the Evansville, IN area called Rio. Two movies back to back for the price of one! It's great!
