People who don't bother to read the details of a question because they're only interested in getting points. I always read details of question trying to understand what the person is asking and if I can't answer I move on to another question.

You are CORRECT in the statement you have given to your question - I have found its usually Americans that do this - honestly they just shout you down before reading your reasoning for the question you put. You have hit on a fact here and you just got to look at how Americans jump into Wars and put down other Countries that are vintage civilisations compared to the USA - the Americans think they are right all the time - they just dont care what the question is they just think they are right even when they misinterprete a question - some other people from other Countries do this too but I have found its mostly Americans - Just because they have Nuclear weapons they shout any question down without even understanding it - no wonder Iran wants nuclear Weapons - The americans are idiots well the republicans are anyway - I'll give some Democrats the benefit of the doubt. I just don't bother reading answers from Americans its a waste of time they misinterprete the question everytime and shout it down - they are inbred I think. If you are American I am surprised, come to live in Europe and get away from the morons around you.

Unfortunately they're the sort who don't read the question properly let alone added details. That, unfortunately, is one of the reasons we get so many silly bloody answers here when, a bit of thought after reading the question properly could make all the difference, and they're the sort who give answers like that above. It really IS sad, you know.
