What should I say if the company didn't call me for a second job interview?

It has been more than a week that they didn't call me for a second interview. How should I approach the Human resourses

Unless they said they'd call within a week, give them a little more time. Absolutely do write a thank-you note for the first interview. That reminds them about you and shows that you are interested and that you follow up on things.
I've just been through interviewing many job candidates, and it ended up taking longer than I thought it would. I hated when people called to bug me. I said I'd let them know as soon as I could, so I didn't want them calling me.

Absolutely follow up. Send a thank you note and call the HR dept. Say "I'm following up on my interview for the XX job. I am still very interested and wondered if you had any questions?"

either you didn't get the job or... they misplaced your number. I would give them a call and say " hi this is................. I am following up on an interview I had with your company last week. And then wait and see for a response.

It's always good form to send a thank you letter to each person that interviewed you. Thank them for their time and reiterate that you are interested in the possibility of working for their company and hope to hear from them in the future. You can also ask them to keep your resume on file for future opportunities.
