when you are done pass it over here . I would like to wipe it off also .trickeled on is right .IT trickeled thru the window at the drive thru i work in since the factory moved with my 27 dollar an hour job to chile of all places .THE wire division where we produced spoils of sheathed wire was relocated close to the mines and cheaper labor .
NOW when it rains i get trickeled on bcause the idiots that designed awning above the drive thru window was to protect the driver and it runs down the wall splashing on me as a hand the food and drinks out .
I have been told i am a fast learner and soon will be in management if i can control my drinking .
HOW else am i suppose to work for 7.35 an hour and enjoy it .
FIRST i smoke afat one then down a couple of shots then i am ready to face the drive thru window and the endless parade of mindless yuppies in suvs looking at me like i am a failure .
I bought an old clunker to park in the lot because most people i tried to work for saw my mercede's looked at my address and told me i did not need a job so I got a post office box and a clunker so i could work and maybe pay for insurance to cover the family .
My pension is ok but we gave back medical several years ago .
THIS left me short on medical coverage and i work to pay for this alone it takes my whole check to pay for the coverage i need . A little over a thousand a month .MY wife has had some cancer surgery and if it was not for the existing coverage we would not even have what we do at this price .
YOU have got to love america .

I work for a quote "big oil company" and all I really see is an increase in parts sold from month to month. If you sell more you make more. Record profits? sure but I mean if someone buys more of your product doesn't that mean your going to make more? Plus people never consider the profit margin. We have a 9% profit margin so we really only get to keep a certain amount of what goes over.... Sorry for "screwing you" it's not our fault your demanding more of our product. People complain that gas is to high yet you don't stop buying it or car pool more.
Basic economics people: If quantity demanded goes up price goes up.
EDIT***
Also: to the person with the article on exploration and development. OF COURSE WE SPEND IT ON EXPLORATION!!! We want to find more sources of oil so we have more product to sell. Yeesh! What do you think we just pocket it and buy mercedes benz's ????

What you are saying is true. I work in the oil industry and I'm making 6 figures. All because of rising oil prices. Everyone benefits from the economy. We make more and we buy more. Retail, real estate, Etc. The only ones who don't benefit is the minimum wage, low income people and people on fixed income. I remember when I was a minimum wage person (thank god I'm not anymore). but I feel for those less fortunate than me. That's who the gas prices hurt.

I read the weirdest article today about the oil companies. I'm not sure I believe it, but it was an independent study. It showed that oil companies invest almost all their profit (sans huge ceo salaries) in exploration and development. The article is in the Washington Times here:

i am just a lowly shareholder in certain oil companies... *I* get some of those record profits.
having a tough go of it, are you?
waaaa. waaaaaaa.
oh yeah, oil comes out of the ground, it's naturally occuring.
yes it is a pistol. another great thing about living in the greatest nation in the world... I can own pistols, and own pieces of oil companies, as a lowly civil servant with a mediocre income.

Um...i don't understand what your question is.
Is our current state of reality all a hoax? Unfortunately, no. Fortunately for me at least, I didn't vote for him either time, so don't blame me. I tried to get the puppet out of office....it didn't work. :(
And corporations don't have to care about you unless you are a stockholder. That's just the simple truth of big business.

the consumers go with greater money to spend as nicely, and self assurance. Who cares how plenty they earned? It and it incredibly is non of your bussness. whilst wealthy human beings spend thier money it creates artwork and jobs too. a chairman who's doing nicely is greater prone to grant you a strengthen or decrease costs. Envy is created via politicians to divide us.the government is the the greediest off all and each little thing they touch is going to crap.

In 1978 I was making $10.25/Hr., and my rent was $225/mo. 2 years ago I was making $11.00/Hr (which is actually good now adays), and my rent was $800/mo. It's just a civilized or sanitized version of slavery (and the only color involved is green).
