I have an xm radio receiver hooked into my car & was wondering if it is possible to get free satellite radio somehow...

Steal a credit card and use it to purchase the plan.
Then, after you find yourself in prison, you will find that the library has an XM subscription.
You will also have the side benefit of meeting many new friends and getting into better contact with your "feminine side".

we have xm as well for our vehicles and for my computer... the only way you can 'share' your xm is have another car drive behind/in front of you closely, and be on the same channel setting... they will hear your xm then.
otherwise, you can't get it free.
