Don't be too hard on the Republicans. They did what they thought was best for the country at the time. The Democrats have made their fair share of mistakes too, but once again they thought they were doing what was best for this country at the time.

No matter what is fashionable or unfashionable, I will still be a moderate Independent with conservative leanings.

I tell you again: If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem. Have you ANYTHING for this forum besides hate, or have you not evolved that far? You seem to still be stuck in the "Me right, you wrong, grrr" mentality. Do you realize how childish that sounds?

I say this with all respect, don't get me wrong. It's just that a lot of your questions tend to imply that everyone ELSE is intolerant except for you. Isn't that rather an intolerant perspective?

Everyone is entitled to their opinions. That means you, me AND every one of those hard-line conservative Republicans you so despise.

I'm sorry that your parents never taught you to respect everyone. I'm sorry there is so much hatred in your heart. You must lead a miserable existence.
