I havent had a period for a month and a half and ive already took 3 pregnancy tests and they were all negative and no i'm not old enough for menopause so what could be going on?

Stress can delay ovulation and delayed ovulation necessarily delays your period. That's a possibility, but there are others that only a doctor could diagnose for you.

Maybe your under too much stress if not and you were regular up to this point I'd see a doctor. Or have a real test done.

Are you into athletics? If so, you cycle could be delayed. Go see you DR.
