I have had two periods in a row, both lasting average 5 days with approximately 7 days in between. About 5 months ago started with heavier and longer flows. Accompanied by moderate pain and moderate to severe back pain. Also, moderate breast pain and tenderness. I just turned 31, and have had two natural births, 6 and 10 years ago. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Your body is changing. You are very lucky that you just starting having all those side effective. I have been going through that since I was 14. I am now 36. I have never had any children. The only thing you didn't state having was mood swings. You are normal. It is just the luck of being a woman. If you find a remedy please let me know. :)

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. Now don't laugh at this but it is possible you maybe starting on an early change (pre menopausal) I know of 2 woman who are starting theirs. On the other hand you may well be having an hormonal imbalance. I can't give you any more help unless I have some of your medical history and more knowledge of your symptoms. You are welcome to contact me.
