Why are my eyes doing this?

you know like wehn your eyes get something in them they get a little blurry and then you blink and wipe your eyes and it goes away, or maybe oyu throw water in them or something. Well my eyes get like foggy and i wipe them and they go back to normal sort of like i got an eyelash stuck in them or something. Its really wierd anyone know wats wrong here. Not a sign of of diabetes is it?

i have the same problem sometimes. i thought it was just becuz i watch too much tv or something. if u find out, tell me too
