All kids are different. It really on depends on YOUR child. I have a 4 year old that can still wear some 2T's and then again I have a 18 month old that is also in 2T's. Kid's grow at different rates, they go through many growth spurts and it is hard to tell what size they will be in and when.

It depends on the child. My daughter was and still is a picky eater so she started at about 24 months. My friend's daughter ate alot so she started at about 18 to 20 months. You'll get better at looking at clothes and telling if they will fit your child. My daughter can wear anything from size 4 to 6 depending on the outfit. Good luck and congratulations!
