Well I dont know what kinda hair you wanna shave - pubic, facial, underarm, legs ....
If for a man and facial, I gotta recommend Gilette Mach 3 Power or the new one (I aint used it yet - Fusion or sth). It's good and works just perfectly. The vibra feature, well has a diff on my face as opposed to non-vibra. I have used all kinds of Gillette except the Fusion(?) and can say so.
If for woman, pubic hair, nothing beats a Venus 3. I used it to shave me girl once and damn, it was uncroyable!!!

I don't use a 'shaver' (that means electric to me) but I use a Gillette Sensor razor (wide/flat handle) and have for years...they are easy to hold onto with soapy/foamy/wet hands in the shower...

I dont' use a razor. I use that Veet that comes with the plastic razor and I love it. It lasts a little longer than shaving and makes my legs a lot smoother than when I shave. Just make sure you aren't allergic to it before you put it all over!

it depends how hairy the person is! lol just kidding.
i prefer venus. it doesnt have to be the "vibrance" it's just a waste of money when the regular venus divine can do the same job.
