Does your body show physically changes during ovulation? Someone told me you get increased vag discharge, is that true? Is there anything else?

yes there are physical changes that can occur during ovulation - one of them is what's called egg-white cervical mucus (EWCM)and looks and feels like raw eggwhites (the purpose is to help transport sperm)

Some women also experience slight cramping or pain on either side, about where your ovary is. There are also changes in your basal body temp, but you'd have to be charting for awhile to figure that out. Your cervix position also changes and is soft, high, and open (you'd need to check your cervix throughout your cycle to determine the changes and what is considered "high" or "soft" for you).

Yes, when you are ovulating, you get a thick mucus discharge. I notice that I need to urinate a lot more before I ovulate. Some folks say that you become horney and more aware of the opposite sex while you are ovulating. Hey but if in doubt they sale ovulation tests. The one I use is clear blue easy, its kind of like a pregnancy test stick.

There's a change in your basil (I think that's what they called it) body temperature. You can track it by taking your temperature every morning when you wake, but before you get up, with a very exact thermometer. After doing this for a month, you'll see the slight temperature upswing when your ready to ovulate. This is taught as a natural birth control method, but can be applied as a conception method too.
