There should be a test, but not I.Q. I think it would be better to be more of general knowledge. Simple stuff like: how many branches of governemt are there, how many states, what is the role of the supreme court, how does the checks and balances system work, etc.

Any such test would be discriminatory, but not against Republicans. It would discriminate against individuals in all parties, but especially against those that believe 9/11 conspiracy theories.

Republicans average twice the net worth of Democrats. Republicans make more money and have higher education levels than Democrats as well.
But Im sure you already knew that.

I have no problem with that suggestion, see how quick you guys decide that that won't work. Kinda funny you like that idea, since many Liberals do not support the idea that IQ actually gauges intelligence. Since it supports the theory that white males actually are more likely to have higher IQ's than anyone else.

It would probabily be discrinatory why should republicans have to do all the work of running the country the county and the city.
