How many guys does it take to be PROMISCOUS?

I'm 19 and I've had 5 boyfriend, but only
one I was intement with , and that's the one I'm with now. Does this make me promiscous?

It's not really a number, it's how many during one period of time. A 50 year old woman that slept with 10 guys in her 50 years, is different than if your a 20 year old woman who has slept with 10 guys in the past 6 months.

Why is a girl considered promiscous...but a guy is a "stud".....I dont think there is a number you can put on this.....just be careful and take precautions...and live your life without regrets.......don't worry about what people think........whether anyone else wants to admit it or not...I'm sure they all have that one they wish the didn't sleep with......

Promiscuity is a function of sex. If you've dated lots of boys and never given up the goods, you're not promiscuous. You're just flighty. Which can carry its own problems.
I was like that in high school - I had three boyfriends in the space of a year when I was a sophomore. And then I was "single" my junior and senior years because I was a "bad risk" as a girlfriend. =)

It's not about how many, it's about how soon.
I.e., you can date guys one after another for your entire life, and if you make each one of them wait before you give it up it's ok (even though by the end of your life you'll have had sex with like a zillion partners).
However... if you give it up right a way... you're a hoe no matter how you slice it. Besides... when you give it up right away... the relationship never lasts anyway.

i think that if you sleep with a guy then you are sexually active and if you continue to sleep with him over and over then its still being sexually active. You don't have to sleep with 50 guys to be promiscous.
