I looked through some of the enrollment criteria for individual schools. In each case, you need to be a resident in the district. From this perspective, I'd say it would not be possible.

I would certainly ask at your own school for any advice, but expecting 3 months' worth of advance work for your children to go on holiday during term time is a big ask and will also be hugely disruptive to your kids' school experience. I don't mean to be rude, but have you thought this through?

Why don't you contact your children's local school and tell them you will be gone? They can give you the curriculum for each child. Just means you need to help them out daily. Have fun on your trip.
