it got a virus through blue tooth

Bring your phone where you buyed it and the person will help you resolve that problem.If you bought the phone less of a years,your phone still garanteed so they suppose to fix it for free.

Call your cell phone provider and have them re-format the phone or just go into one of the stores and have them re-format it there. It usually doesn't cost anything
